software distribution service 3.0

when the windows does system update automatically ....this software
distribution service 3.0 does not allow me to go online again..i have to do
system restore to get my system to an earlier date to get to online..any body
has solutions or now how to work around it

I had a problem with Software Distribution Service 3.0 that was solved by
Microsoft Windows Update Support. I went into Windows Update and found where
I could email my problem to them and with in 12 hours, I had a reply back
that quided me thru the process to fix it. As it turned out, the problem was
with another update, not SDS 3.0.
